Oliwapp, developer of the 日本の宝くじ  application, uses this page to inform visitors about our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.

OLiwapp follows all Google Play Developer Policies and Privacy Policies. In the event of future changes in policies and laws, Oliwapp is committed to always adapting products and services to correctly meet the laws and policies of privacy and development with updates.

When you purchase an Oliwapp product through the store, you leave us your billing information.

When you download and play one of our games on your personal devices, you leave us device information such as your IP address, which browser and device you are using, and your device ID (Device ID allows us to identify your device from game in our titles. We use your purchase information to help us verify that you have purchased one of our products and to process any refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We use your device information to correct errors and improve our products, and to help us keep our gaming spaces safe, legal and inclusive for everyone. The information that Google retains and makes available to Oliwapp is related to the purchase of apps and Admob, information that we only use to know the number of users, doubts, suggestions and critiques through digital platforms.

Does Oliwapp share your data with other companies?

The answer to that is: no, what can happen is through admob to identify someone interested in advertisement, but Oliwapp does not participate directly in the identification and targeting of advertisements. We do not store personal data of users and do not knowingly collect, use or share the personal data of users under the age of 13. This part is important to explain why some of the app may also be targeted to audiences under 13.

Collection and use of information

For a better experience, when using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Internet Protocol (IP), geographic location, e-commerce order ID, cookie ID.
